Membership Policy
K-WCSS Statement of Purpose
"We believe it is our responsibility as Christians to raise children in the light of God's Word. The education of children must be Christ-centered, equipping them to become responsive disciples of Christ who seek the will of the Lord in all aspects of life."

Purpose of Membership
Membership helps enhance the community character of Christian education.
Membership supports the vision, mission and purpose of the school society,
Membership focuses on a commitment to cause rather than participation in an institution
Membership engages the community in the life of the society.
Eligibility (taken from the LHCS Constitution Article IV)
All persons, who have reached the age of 18, and who subscribe to Article 2 of this constitution and whose membership dues have been paid shall qualify for membership of this organization. Membership includes the privilege of voting at the meetings of the society, eligible to be a candidate on committee or board as well as readiness to participate in activities entered by the organization on behalf of the school(s).
Loss of Membership (taken from the LHCS Constitution Article IV)
Membership of Society will be terminated in the event of death; through resignation, by which membership ends on the first day of the month following the announcement of resignation to the board of directors; for non-payment of membership fee; or in case a member refuses to subject himself (herself) to these by-laws, or to the lawfully made decisions of the board of directors, or to the general meeting, through expulsion by the Society at a general meeting as proposed by the board of directors for just cause.

Each member is entitled to only one vote. Membership is not transferable to another person.
