Rental Policy

LHCS Statement of Purpose

The school rental policy is put in place for the safety of our renters and the safety of the school. We therefore need the co-operation of everyone wishing to rent out our facilities, school members or not, to adhere to the forms that are issued for that specific rental.

The following need to be agreed upon, before the rental will take place:

All rentals will be dealt with, through the secretary, in the main office.

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

Any rental of the premises will have it that the occupants leave the building by 11:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, Friday and Saturday by midnight.

All renters will carry the responsibility of leaving the building in the condition they found it. All damages caused by the renters must be taken care of by same and not at the expense of the school. The school takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods/articles. The school society and its supporting members will not be held accountable for losses, damages or injuries incurred while on or in school property.

No cutlery or dishes will be used by the renter, except if the event is being catered by the school. Arrangements for catering can be made through the main office.

THERE WILL BE NO SUNDAY RENTALS EXCEPT FOR WORSHIP SERVICES..
