Classroom

Our classroom is a community of people learning together. Our guidelines for behaviour are summarized here:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself.   Matt. 22:37-38 

If we love God, and seek to serve and honour him in our work at a school, and look for the good of others our classroom will be a great place to be.

School work

All work is expected to be the work of the student themselves unless they are told otherwise (ie.. a group report). Students will be given notice of tests at least one week in advance.

Homework

Homework is posted on the web site to help students and parents. Homework is the responsibility of the student and is useful for reinforcing concepts learned at school, and completing larger assignments. Students are expected to complete their homework for the day it is due. Valid reasons for incomplete homework will be accepted from parents or guardians. Incomplete assignments will need to be finished and an extra assignment will be given.
